Mandatory Reporting Training
Following the reviews of several child death or near deaths cases in which a professional failed to identify or report child abuse and neglect in Delaware, public education became a joint initiative for the Child Protection Accountability Commission (CPAC) and Child Death Review Commission in FY09, and since then several Mandatory Reporting Trainings for various disciplines have come to fruition. These disciplines include educators, medical professionals and general professional audiences.
These trainings are available on the Office of the Child Advocate's Online Training System, which also hosts a variety of training programs developed by the Child Protection Accountability Commission.
